ChatGPT shopping refers to the commerce capabilities inside OpenAI's ChatGPT app and website. When a shopper asks a transactional question, ChatGPT's model classifies the intent as commercial and routes the query to a shopping subsystem, which returns 3-5 product cards beneath the answer text.
