Tru Commerce provides AI-agent commerce visibility, connectivity, attribution, and transaction services to brands and merchants. Specific features available to you depend on the plan you select.

2. Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your access credentials secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer the platform, abuse our APIs, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

4. Fees & billing

Free-tier transactions count toward the cap shown on /pricing. Paid plans bill monthly per the rate shown at signup. Disputes within 30 days.

5. IP & content

You retain ownership of your brand, product, and customer data. We retain ownership of the platform and aggregate, identifier-stripped network signals.

6. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend access for violations of these terms.

7. Disclaimers & limits

Service provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we limit liability to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law
