This is a placeholder Privacy Policy. Production version requires a legal review before launch. The skeleton below describes our intended posture so legal can red-line in place.

1. What we collect

When you submit a form on trucommerce.ai (waitlist, demo, sales, partner, press, free tools), we collect: name, work email, company, domain, and any free-text you provide. We log IP and user-agent for abuse prevention.

2. How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, send the report or material you requested, and follow up about Tru Commerce when relevant. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

3. Where it lives

Form submissions are stored in our Supabase database and surfaced to our internal Slack workspace for routing. Aggregate, identifier-stripped citation signals may be used to benchmark AI surface coverage across our network.

4. Your rights

Email [email protected] to access, correct, or delete any data we hold about you. We respond within 30 days.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use first-party analytics (GA4, PostHog) to understand site usage. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers. We respect Do Not Track and GPC signals.
