Visibility Score is a normalized 0-100 rollup of a brand's Citation Rank + Share of Voice across the six agent surfaces (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Rufus, Copilot, Claude). It's designed for one-glance benchmarking — how does the brand stack against category median, category leader, and named competitors.
Visibility Score updates weekly (Enterprise tier: daily). The composite formula is transparent: 40% surface breadth (how many surfaces recommend you at all), 30% average rank position, 20% recency-weighted appearances, 10% competitive intensity adjustment.
We use Visibility Score as the primary top-line metric on customer executive dashboards. It's the number CFOs internalize and CMOs report against quarterly.
