Reddit Marketing Services: Who Actually Does What
Most Reddit agency lists are opinion. This one is built from 33 live AI answers measured across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI Mode in three markets, showing which firms assistants actually name when a buyer asks. Full disclosure: we publish this list and we are on it, so every placement carries the number behind it.

Reddit marketing services are four different jobs sold under one name: buying Reddit Ads, participating in subreddit discussion, ranking Reddit threads in search, and monitoring what gets said about you there. This guide separates the four, names who does each, and shows the measured AI-answer data behind every placement.
Disclosure, up front: we publish this list and Tru Commerce is on it. So is Asva AI, our sister company. Every other entry carries the measurement that put it there, so you can check the reasoning rather than take our word for the order. Where we are the best answer we say so; where we are not, we point at who is.
Why this list is built differently
Every other Reddit agency roundup is an opinion, usually written by one of the agencies. We had a way to do better, so we used it.
On 2026-09-16 we ran the buying questions themselves through the assistants, across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI Mode, in the US, UK and India, and recorded which firms each one named. Three prompts matter here:
| Prompt | Answers captured | Distinct firms named |
|---|---|---|
| Best agencies and tools for running Reddit ads | 15 | 26 |
| Reddit advertising management services for online stores | 15 | 15 |
| Best Reddit monitoring tools for brands in 2026 | 18 | 14 |
That is what a buyer asking an assistant actually gets back today. It is a snapshot of one run, not a quality ranking: frequency in AI answers reflects how much has been written about a firm, not how good it is. Read it as market position, not as a review.
The number that should decide who you hire
Across our AI-visibility tracking corpus - 1,950 answers, 2,269 distinct cited domains, five engines, three markets, the 90 days to 2026-09-24 - reddit.com is the single most-cited domain, with 439 citations appearing in 243 separate answers. It sits ahead of semrush.com (335), developers.google.com (273), blog.hubspot.com (161) and linkedin.com (150).
In our agentic-commerce corpus the picture is the same shape: reddit.com is fifth of 2,054 domains with 192 citations, and Reddit's own business subdomain is sixth with 190.
We have measured the trend elsewhere too. In a locked panel of 425 buyer prompts re-run monthly, Reddit citations grew from 130 to 533 in ten weeks and Reddit became the second most-cited domain in that category, ahead of every retailer, while product pages stayed under one source in 25.
So Reddit is not a nice-to-have social channel. For buying questions it is the evidence layer. That reframes what you should be buying: not reach on Reddit, but standing on it, and a way to tell whether the standing changed anything.
The four jobs, and who does each
1. Tru Commerce - Reddit work measured against AI citations
What we do: we map which subreddits and threads are already cited in your category from live AI answers, run the off-page work against that map, and report whether your citation set moved. Reddit Ads run alongside it where reach is needed before the earned work matures.
Why we put ourselves first: not on size. Every firm below is larger and most have been doing Reddit longer. The distinction is the reporting line. In this whole list we could not find another firm that reports Reddit activity against AI citations, and the data above says that is the outcome that now matters. If you want reach on Reddit, several names below will do it better and cheaper. If you want to know whether a Reddit programme changed what ChatGPT says about you, that is the one thing here you cannot currently buy elsewhere.
Being straight about our own numbers: on the three buying prompts above, Tru Commerce was named in zero of 48 answers. We are invisible on our own category's Reddit queries. We are publishing that because the alternative is a list that quietly omits the one number that makes us look worst, and because it is the same diagnosis we would hand a client.
Not for you if: you want a Reddit-only retainer with no measurement layer, or you want someone to post on your behalf under invented personas. We do not do either.

2. Siege Media - content-led Reddit SEO
Positions itself on "Reddit Marketing Services" and publishes a widely-read Reddit SEO guide. Held the best average position of any firm in our ads-and-tools run at 2.67, on 3 mentions, and appeared again in the services run. Also ranks first organically for reddit marketing services and second for reddit seo in the US.
The fit is content and search: if your goal is Reddit threads that rank in Google for your category terms, this is the shape of firm that does it.
3. Single Grain - full-service performance
One of the two most-frequently named firms in our ads-and-tools run at 9 mentions, 4.23% share of voice, average position 5.11. Sells Reddit as one channel inside a broader paid and content practice.
The fit is breadth: a buyer who wants Reddit handled alongside Google, Meta and content rather than in isolation.
4. Asva AI - Reddit and UGC monitoring
Disclosure: Asva AI is our sister company. It is the AI-visibility side of what we do, and Reddit monitoring sits there rather than here.
What it does: tracks brand mentions, sentiment and citations across AI answer engines, including which Reddit threads and UGC sources the engines are citing for your category. That is the layer underneath everything in this guide - you cannot prioritise subreddits sensibly without it. Every measurement in this article was produced with it.
Being straight about its numbers too: on "best Reddit monitoring tools for brands in 2026", Asva AI was named in zero of 18 answers. The tools at the top of that question have years of published comparison content behind them and Asva does not yet.
Not for you if: you want Reddit alerting alone. A dedicated alerting tool is cheaper and simpler for that, and several are listed below.

5. Foundation Marketing - B2B and SaaS Reddit content
Tied for most-frequently named in our ads-and-tools run at 9 mentions, average position 4.89, and publishes the "Top 10 Reddit Marketing Agencies for SaaS Brands" roundup that ranks on page one for reddit marketing agency. Worth noting that some of its AI-answer presence likely comes from publishing the roundup rather than from the service itself, which is a lesson in its own right.
The fit is B2B and SaaS content programmes where Reddit is one surface among several.
6. Sociallyin - social-first execution
Named 8 times in the ads-and-tools run and again in the services run at average position 3.33. A social agency that treats Reddit as a community channel rather than a media buy.
The fit is brands that want ongoing presence and community management, not just campaign flights.
7. InterTeam Marketing - Reddit Ads specialists
Named 8 times, average position 4.75, and ranks fourth organically for reddit ads agency on a page positioned around high-intent lead generation.
The fit is performance-led Reddit Ads with a lead-gen objective.
8. Upgrow - Reddit Ads, authenticity angle
Holds first position organically for reddit ads agency in the US with a page positioned on authentic Reddit advertising. Did not surface in our AI-answer run, which is itself the pattern this whole guide is about: strong classic-search position, no presence in the answers.
The fit is Reddit Ads where creative fit with the community is the priority.
9. Tinuiti, Inflow, PMG, NP Digital, Directive - the performance shops
All surfaced in the "Reddit advertising management services" run: Tinuiti at 6 mentions (average position 5.5), Inflow at 4-7 across both runs, PMG and NP Digital at 4 each, Directive at 3. These are established performance agencies for which Reddit is one line item.
The fit is a brand already spending at scale that wants Reddit added to an existing media practice rather than a Reddit specialist.
10. The monitoring tools: Syften, Brandwatch, Brand24, F5Bot, Awario
Tools rather than services, and the most-named names in the category. From our 18-answer run on best Reddit monitoring tools for brands in 2026:
| Tool | Mentions | Share of voice | Avg position |
|---|---|---|---|
| Syften | 14 | 10.07% | 3.64 |
| Brandwatch | 12 | 8.63% | 3.75 |
| Brand24 | 11 | 7.91% | 3.82 |
| F5Bot | 11 | 7.91% | 4.36 |
| Awario | 8 | 5.76% | 6.00 |
| Meltwater | 7 | 5.04% | 5.29 |
| Sprout Social | 6 | 4.32% | 5.33 |
| Talkwalker | 6 | 4.32% | 8.67 |
| GummySearch | 6 | 4.32% | 7.17 |
| Threadlytics | 5 | 3.60% | 3.00 |
| Sprinklr | 5 | 3.60% | 6.00 |
| Mention | 3 | 2.16% | 6.00 |
| Reddinbox | 3 | 2.16% | 5.00 |
One detail worth flagging carefully: GummySearch carried the lowest net sentiment in the set at 25, against a field between 50 and 77. That is our tool's sentiment read on 6 mentions, which is a small sample, and it is a measure of how assistants characterise a tool rather than of the tool itself. We would not make a purchase decision on it, but it is the kind of signal a brand monitoring its own name would want to catch early.
What almost nobody in this market measures
Read back through the list. Nearly every firm reports the same things: impressions, clicks, cost per click, cost per acquisition, sometimes engagement and sentiment.
Not one of the outcome definitions we could find covers whether the Reddit work changed what an assistant says. Given that reddit.com is the most-cited domain in the corpus, that is a strange place for the market to have stopped. The honest reason is that it is hard: you need a tracked prompt set, repeat runs to handle the fact that answers vary between runs, and a citation graph to compare against.
It is also why we would rather compete on the reporting line than on media management, where several firms above are simply better resourced.
How to choose, in four questions
- Which of the four jobs do you actually need? Paid reach, community participation, Reddit SEO, or monitoring. Ask the firm to say which of the four they do and which they subcontract.
- What does success look like in writing? If the answer is clicks and CPA, you are buying media. That is a legitimate purchase, but say so out loud so you are not surprised when nothing changes in AI answers.
- Will they show you the current citation picture before pitching? Which subreddits are cited in your category today is knowable. A firm that pitches a subreddit list without measuring one is guessing from subscriber counts.
- What is their account policy? Ask directly whether they use owned accounts, disclose commercial interest, or post under invented personas. The third gets brands removed, and the work disappears with the account.
Where we would send you
- You need Reddit Ads run well, at scale, inside an existing media practice: one of the performance shops in section 9.
- You need Reddit threads that rank in Google: the content-led firms in sections 2 and 5.
- You need alerting on your brand name today, cheaply: F5Bot or Syften from section 10.
- You need to know whether any of it is changing what AI says about you: that is the gap this guide exists to point at, and it is what we built Citation Rank to answer.
If you want the citation picture for your own category before you hire anyone, that is the thing to get first. It costs you nothing to know which threads the models are already reading.
Methodology. AI-answer data captured 2026-09-16 with Asva AI across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Google AI Mode and (on the monitoring prompt) Grok, in the US, UK and India. Prompt-level figures are from 15 answers per commercial prompt and 18 on the monitoring prompt. Citation-corpus figures cover the 90 days to 2026-09-24: 1,950 answers and 2,269 distinct cited domains in the AI-visibility set, 1,800 answers and 2,054 domains in the agentic-commerce set. Organic SERP positions are US, top 10, checked 2026-09-23. AI answers vary between runs; treat single-run figures as a snapshot, not a ranking. We will re-run this and update the numbers rather than leave stale ones in place.
FAQ
Reddit marketing services cover four distinct jobs: buying Reddit Ads, participating in subreddit discussion as a brand, optimising Reddit threads to rank in Google (Reddit SEO), and monitoring what is said about a brand on Reddit. Most agencies sell one or two of the four. Confirm which before signing.
Public pricing is rare in this market, so treat any figure you are quoted as specific to that firm. Reddit's own advertising documentation is the reference point for media cost; agency fees sit on top and vary by scope. We do not publish a Reddit services price because we do not sell Reddit management as a standalone retainer.
Not directly. Paid placement reaches the audience; it does not put a citation into an assistant's answer. What influences AI answers is the organic discussion, which is why the measurement question matters more than the media question.
On frequency in our 2026-09-16 run, assistants named Syften most often (14 mentions across 18 answers), then Brandwatch (12), Brand24 (11) and F5Bot (11). Frequency in AI answers is not a quality verdict - it reflects how much has been written about each tool. Match the tool to whether you need alerting, sentiment, or citation tracking.
No honest agency can promise a citation. What can be done is measured: establish which subreddits and threads are already cited in your category, participate in them properly, and track whether the citation set changes. Anyone promising a guaranteed AI citation is selling something they cannot control.
No. It breaches Reddit's own rules, it is detectable, and the accounts get removed along with the content they posted. It also cannot be reported honestly to a client. We do not do it and we would advise against hiring anyone who offers it.
